 Green Tea with Rock Salt Cheese & Cocoa with Rock Salt Cheese are some of my fave Milk Tea drink. I’ve tasted Happy Lemon in Hong Kong & the Philippines. I hope that someone will bring the franchise here in the U.S.
Permalink Roast Chestnuts are getting scarce in NYC.  I love roast chestnuts, not the ones sold in the  city. The chestnut vendors in NYC dry roast them and they pop open. It taste like smoke and are a little dry. Unlike the ones sold in my country. They use pebbles with a little oil and sugar in a cast iron pan and are stirred manually using a big/giant spatula.
